Whitefish Track Teams Blaze Through Flathead Time Trials

The Whitefish High School Track teams were in Kalispell, Tuesday, competing in the Flathead Time Trials.

After having their first meet of the season called off due to the weather, both track teams were hungry to get out and compete.

Whitefish was one of nine teams competing at Legends Stadium.

No team scores were given.

And now a look at how the Whitefish teams performed, starting with the Lady Dawgs:

Brooke Zetooney was 1st in the 100M Dash and took 2nd in the Shot Put.

Rachael Wilmot would finish 2nd in the 100M.

Hailey Ells was 2nd in the 300M Hurdles and 3rd in the 100M Hurdles.

Anna Boysen was 5th in the 200M.

Lyla Rudolph was 6th in the 400M.

Kellie Klepper was 4th in the 800M and 8th in the 1600.

Sierra Gibb was 4th in the 3200.

Margaret Zonich was 4th in the High Jump.

Bailey Smith was 2nd in the Javelin and 3rd in the Triple Jump.

Nayvee Miller was 5th in the Pole Vault.

The Whitefish Girls had one 4x100 Meter Relay team take 1st with another team taking 2nd.

Their 4x400 Meter Relay team took 2nd.

And now a look at how the boys performed:

Carson Krack won the Long Jump at 22 Feet, 7 inches and was 2nd in the 110 Hurdles.

Morgan Kyle took 6th in the 110 Hurdles.

Azure Stolte was 2nd in the 300 Hurdles.

Preston McPherson was 4th in the 400.

Simon Douglas was 3rd in the 1600.

Ethan Amick was 2nd in the 3200.

The boys had a 4x100 relay team take 2nd and another take 4th.
